Condition Inspections

Condition Inspections and Reports are developed to provide a detailed assessment of any asset, such as Auto, Marine, RV, Trailer and Truck.  

Critical Condition Inspections are conducted to assess and identify safety risks, such as fire, hazardous materials, electrical hazards. Performance based inspections are conducted to identify deficiencies that may affect the functionality of an asset. 

Reports

These reports are essential for anyone financing or remarketing an asset, as they provide an accurate evaluation of the condition of the asset.  

The reports also provide information on any repairs that may be needed in order to bring the asset up to its full potential.  

They can also help buyers make informed decisions when purchasing assets from sellers. . 

TKS USA will go on-site to capture the relevant information needed to verify the collateral of the transaction.   

The TKS USA will provide a certification report to both parties after the inspection has been completed.
